The Zebulon Fondation will establish a mobile pilot clinic staffed with rotating culturally competent healthcare providers. The mobile clinic will provide diagnosis and treatment of chronic conditions such as malaria, hypertension, diabetes, gout, headaches, etc. in an outpatient setting. Our primary audience is adults 18 years and over, with a secondary audience of children ages 2 to 17 years.
